The first module of "Managing Political Risk" will focus on building a solid theoretical foundation to analyze political risk, andexaminethe value of having a structural view for identifying and monitoringpolitical risks. The course will explore how political science theory can serve as a basis to study how politics influences a variety of macroeconomic indicators, portfolio investment (financials) and fixed investment (corporates), by introducing a range of analytical tools to explore a variety of case studies.
